two trngs today = RED HOT LOBSTER!

i woke up like super early today to go for trng. oh man. haha. trng was kinda slack just that the weather was hot la. totally burned my face. and i was suffocating in those smelly pads.

after trng down to delta for trng number two! that was even more slack! but the sun was HOTTER. the sky threatened to rain. but it didnt.
